1. You can search among medical facilities offering the services to the patients coming without consent of their health insurance funds. There are some possibilities how to proceed with the search form below:

• You can type the required name or some key word of the information you search or required language in the search field "Business Name or Category".

• You can select one of the category in the middle search field.

• Or you can select a city in the right serch fiels.

• You can choose a provider directly in the map.
  

2. Information on healthcare providers is also available on the website of the Institute of Health Information and Statistics of the Czech Republic (ÚZIS) where it is possible to enter search criteria to find a specific healthcare facility and detailed information on such facility (including but not limited to) which health insurance companies entered into agreements with the facility. The Registry of Healthcare Facilities is available here (“vyhledávání zdravotnických zařízení“).
